I confirm that I am a member of Thames Vale Advanced Motorcyclists and IAM RoadSmart and that my membership will be current at the time of the course.

I agree that I will abide by all instructions and guidance given to me by the course organisers, LLR team and RAF Benson personnel. I understand that I am always responsible for all actions on my motorcycle and that I am participating in the course entirely at my own risk. I understand that the course takes place on an open airfield and that my normal motorcycle insurance may not apply and, therefore, that damage to my motorcycle may not be covered.

I hold a full licence for the category of motorcycle I will be riding. My motorcycle is in full roadworthy condition and I will be wearing full, protective motorcycle clothing.

I agree to arrive prior to the required entry time and that the information I have submitted with regards to my identity and my vehicle is correct. I understand that late arrival, or incorrect details may result in my being refused entry. I understand that the event may be cancelled at short notice by RAF Benson.

I understand that the TVAM standard refund policy applies and that if I withdraw from the course then a refund may only be possible if my place can be resold.
