Take the next step in your riding journey! We invite full TVAM members (excluding Trainee Observers) to train as a Run Leader or Back Marker (RLBM) to safely and effectively lead our popular Social Runs.

🎓 Course Structure Summary
The program involves an intensive one day training followed by practical application:
- Training Day: A full day (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) of classroom learning and practical on-bike sessions at JustMoto 108 Greenham Business Park, Lindenmuth Way, Thatcham, RG19 6HN.
- Mentorship: Ongoing support where you are paired with an experienced Run Leader to practice route design, reconnaissance, and leading rides until competency is achieved.
